Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a lovely getaway at this spa resort, which offers a great onsen experience and is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, especially considering typical Japanese accommodations. The staff, particularly Kato, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. However, my experience at the dining facilities wasn’t as memorable, and I faced a few challenges finding the hotel at night.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was convenient, with lots of dining options nearby, but the room and hotel decor felt outdated. On the bright side, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable.
During my short stay, I found that this hotel was functional but very dated, with a room that didn't meet my expectations for cleanliness. However, the location was a highlight, as it was close to many great bars and restaurants. The staff made a positive impression with their courteous service, though overall the hotel felt more suited for Japanese business travelers than for Western tourists like myself.
I had a lovely and relaxing stay at this spa resort, especially enjoying the variety of amenities and the fantastic nearby shops and restaurants. The room was surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel, allowing us a comfortable retreat after enjoying the onsen. However, the dining experience was a bit limited, and I did miss the modern touch in certain areas of the hotel. Overall, it was a great little getaway with attentive staff that made our stay enjoyable.
